Light4Youth Academy exists for one purpose — to help young people rise.
We guide unemployed youth and troubled teens to discover who they are, build real-world skills, and become Paid People of Value in the new economy.
Founded by Pheello Ntuka, a youth career and transformation coach and author, our mission is simple:
shine a light on the path young people were created to walk.
Through practical coaching, digital skills training, soft skills development, and identity-based mentorship, we help youth leave confusion, fear, and unemployment behind — and step into confidence, discipline, purpose, and opportunity.
